User Data Deletion Instructions
According to Meta Developer Platform Rules and Global Privacy Standards, AI Employee BD provides clear mechanisms for deleting user and channel data.
1. Overview of Data Deletion
AI Employee BD respects user privacy and data ownership. We offer several straightforward pathways for merchants and end-users (such as buyers who interact with connected Facebook Pages or WhatsApp numbers) to remove their data from our systems.
2. Option A: Disconnect Connected Channels (Immediate)
If you are a Merchant and wish to stop AI Employee BD from processing messages and delete channel access tokens:
- Log in to your AI Employee BD account at https://aiemployeebd.cloud/login.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Locate your connected Facebook Page or WhatsApp Channel.
- Click Disconnect Channel.
The encrypted access tokens are immediately deleted from our database. All webhook processing for that Page stops immediately, and no further message events are received or processed.
3. Option B: Full Account & Business Deletion (Self-Service)
If a merchant wishes to permanently delete their entire business profile, customer records, order drafts, and conversation histories:
- Navigate to Store Settings in your merchant dashboard.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
- Click Delete Business Profile and confirm the prompt.
Our PostgreSQL database executes a cascade deletion under multi-tenant isolation, purging all business records, customer contact information, draft orders, and channel credentials.
4. Option C: Facebook / WhatsApp End-User Deletion Request
If you are a customer/buyer who previously chatted with a Facebook Page or WhatsApp business automated by AI Employee BD and wish to have your conversation history or contact details removed:
How to submit a deletion request:
Visit our Support Page and submit a Deletion Request with the following details:
- The name or URL of the Facebook Page you interacted with.
- Your Facebook Profile Name or the phone number used during the conversation.
- Approximate date of the interaction.
Our support team will verify the identifier with the respective merchant database and execute data purging within 30 calendar days.
5. Remove App Permissions from Facebook
You can also revoke AI Employee BD access directly from your Facebook account settings at any time:
- Open your Facebook account Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Click on Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Find AI Employee BD and click Remove.
